Nothing new to report!
Just have been chugging away at my backlog, while taking on new commission to pay my rent and bills!
It's a tricky balancing act, but somehow it seems to be panning out thankfully!
As always, eternally thankful to my patient and kind clients for bearing with me while turn-around times are all disjointed!
I really look forward to when my queue is orderly and tidy!
meanwhile, it's gonna be an organized chaos, but can confidently say my work flow is heading in a good direction!
Commission openings are most often posted on my bluesky! and sometimes in tandem with tumblr too!
I'll also be aiming to try to update my instagram when I do openings too, but bluesky is currently the best spot to catch my opening posts!

By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I see you didn’t read this.

PAYMENT
All payment should be in USD.
All payment should be made through invoices from Paypal or Stripe (Usually I set up a payment link using Stripe!)
Payment is due in full and up front for any commission equal to or below $150 USD.
- For amounts greater than $150 USD, payment plans are available: partial payment up front then remaining parts of the payment after commission is finished. Each payment plan must be negotiated and agreed upon before commission is even accepted.
- You’ll receive a small resolution for review in this case, and will receive the full resolution only after final payment is made.
Once our negotiation is done and I've started your commission, I won’t refund you the full amount.
This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission and the reasons for retracting payment (past an agreed due date, personal financial troubles, etc).
ARTIST
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only.
I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. Just ask.
I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects.
I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
COMMISSIONER
You, the commissioner, may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to my website (hjeojeo.com)
Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use (non-commercial use) that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
You cannot generate income in any way or form with the commissioned work.
You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property. (Intellectual Property means your characters in this case)
You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.
You may not use the work in any involvement with NFT.
You may not use the work in any involvement with AI art.
If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal/non-commercial, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

PROCEDURE
After payment is received: I will start working on your commission! Process updates and approvals will be sent depending on the commission type!
Anything that needs to be fixed on "my mistake", any detail that was on or described in your reference(s) and I missed it, will always be fixed for free.
I can turn down a commission for any reason.
If unsure whether your commission is appropriate or not, please always ask.
If you're not sure if I'd accept your idea, please talk to me!
